History:

Foundation in 1901.[1]

In 1992 the company became SAIT Radio Holland after Radio Holland was sold to SAIT by their previous owner, Nedlloyd.[1]

Radio Holland was demerged in the first half of the 2000s and since operates independently again.

After a series of mergers the company was renamed Zenitel. In 2009 Zenitel Belgium and Zenitel Wireless France were demerged and the four divisions maritime, metro and light rail, aviation, and Confined Area Solutions use the brand SAIT in France and Belgium.

SAIT became a part of Securitas Belgium in 2016.
