History:

Established in 1952 by Eng. Leo Klipper, initial activities took place in a small assembly workshop. 1955 the firm was registered as Klipper Radio Works Ltd.

In 1961, "Electronics" reports a plan of a merger of Klipper Radio and American-Israel Electronics.

This manufacturer was suggested by Mark Hippenstiel.
