Radio-Transactions was founded on 31 May 1937 by Maurice Beaupain, Jules Baudout, Gaston Hackmans, Joseph Goffin, Eugène and Jules Vanderstraeten, and Gaston Jadoul. Beaupain and Goffin brought the brand Royal Record (presumably from RBC) into the company, for which both of them received 20 shares. |
