"A-C Electrical" 1901 als Hersteller von Wechselstrommotoren gegründet, wurde 1919 Aktiengesellschaft mit $ 100.000 Kapital. Mitte 1922 wurden Radio-Bauteile angeboten und auch schon ein Gerät. 1930 verschwand die Firma.
