Early 1925 contracts with Music Master called for delivery of 40,000 of a $50 model. But RCA sued Ware over the Rice and Hartley neutralization patents. Contracted deliveries could not be made, and the seven-tube set did not work. Music Master cancelled the contract.
Ware dumped 15000 sets to Gimbels.
 

 
Founded: 1922
History: Established in 1922, Paul Ware's company shut down on Dec.12,1925.
Petitioned in receivership he reopened with a 35-man skeleton force, then closed down completely and the assets were auctioned in Sept.1926.
Paul Ware opened a new firm in 1929, which again failed.
In about 1955 he formed Ware Marine Products and made autopilot systems until his death in Nov.1970.
