Technics SL-BD22 You aren't logged-in. (Guest)    1

Hello dear all,

I have a audio-turntable Technics Model SL-BD22 and the drive belt is not in place, I make a search in the Rmorg and cannot find this model... anyone can help me please with some data and the schematic or the best way to put the drive belt in place?

Thanks in advance,

Vitor

Vitor, could you take a picture of the turn table? Perhaps it would be evident if we could see it. Or perhaps someone else will recognize the style and think, "Hey, that looks like mine...." and look to see how their belt is attached.

Dear Vitor
You are very active in RMorg and have uploaded about 3000 pictures and 1223 schematics, congratulations.

You have entered also about 2000 new models and made 14470 changes to models. Therefore we will naturally try very much to help you - but please enter the model and load up the pictures to the model. Then you can ask me to move this to the model and I will remind our community with anotehr post to it. Thank you.

This is a brandnew model.
The belt will be mounted on the underside of the turntable to the driving pinion.

If you need more information or more photos from inside, please tell me.

Beltdrive You aren't logged-in. (Guest)    7
Dear Vitor,

I think Wolfgang's picture shows exactly the run of the belt, sea also my detail-photo and the overview. The belt runs round the bottom of the turntable and the drive wheel only, there are no further "points of touch".

Might be that the belt you got does not fit, e. g. it is too long.

Best regards
Rolf

Thank you all,

Yes, seems the original belt is now too long becouse it was just growing by age!!

It is normal? I think the solution for the problem is buy another belt for this model, any link please?

all the best,

Vitor

Hallo Mr. Oliveira,

your belt has the size:
186mm x 4mm x 0,6mm. (flat)
You can get it in every repair shop for Radios and TV.
They can order it for you.

Regards WB.
