    A compact B/C portable radio having six transistors and three diodes, housed in leather case, available in colours of Manly tan, Saddle tan & pigskin leathers, gold fret and trim. Leather carrying handle is held in place gold-finished link covers.

    Features:

    In-built ferrite rod aerial; 4" speaker. IFs and oscillator coil specially designed for printed circuit. Printed board held in place by steel frame to prevent damage and hold heavier components in place. AF transformers employ Ferrite E cores. Model 694 use one Eveready No. 2364 (9V) battery. Battery life under normal usage - approximately 300 hours. Two front-mounting controls; tuning dial clamped and screwed to gang spindle, volume/on-off switch. Slip-in State dials are provided covering all stations.
