Gerät, dessen Gehäuse aus Metall gefertigt ist. Es kann sich um verschiedenartige Metalle und Oberflächenbearbeitungen handeln. Ist es hingegen nur ein Chassis, so erhält das Gerät eine andere Bezeichnung.

Notes The model 79-C has the same tube line up as the model 79 we show (see picture there) - and we don't know the difference between the models series 79. Maybe the C is just the indication that it is an export version since this information was found on the schematic collection of Thali - or it is the number for the schematic or chassis since it is the only Bosch model 79 in Rider's volume 5. The car radio 79 was sold in Switzerland in 1933 for 350 Swissfranks (ad). The number can be found in the power source - on the inside bottom cover is supposed to be a paper label attached. The information on the label provides also the tube line up - which has been the same in earlier models.
