  • The Belknap model "Buddy" is a 5 tube superheterodyne, built by an other manufacturer - yet unknown to us. It is for standard broadcast of 200 to 500 meters (550 - 1800 kilocycles).

The Belknap Hardware & Manufacturing Co. Catalog of 1937 features this model and it shows in front a plate with the name Belknap. The price is $ 45.75 as No. B C5M, complete with tubes and 20 foot aerial attached. See page 1056 of that catalog which shows on pages 1053 to 1056 otherwise only Arvin models of the manufacturer Noblitt-Sparks.
