  • A battery portable 8 transistor radio housed in a padded vinyl covered wooden cabinet, covering the MW and LW bands. Sockets for earphone and car aerial. The 'car' button switches in separate aerial coils used in conjunction with a car aerial  Elliptical loudspeaker 6 x 4 inches. Transistors 1, 2 and 3 above are in a Mullard type LP1156 Mixer/IF module .

    The same chassis is used in the Dynatron TP37 Rally model which is housed in a teak wooden cabinet.
