  • The Fada models 550 have an Alnico V Dynamic Speaker and a "Fadascope" (Fada-Scope) loop antenna. Power consumption is 30 watts with line voltage surge arrester. Tuning range 530 to 1680 kc (566 to 184 metres). Illustrated slide rule dial with ruby fluorescent glow pointer and large easy to read numbers. Reduction drive tuning with ratio 9 to 1. The model 550 is similar to Fada 855.

    The Fada model 550 was available as model 550V in ivory, as model 550E  in ebony and as model 550W in walnut. The same documents show also models 200, P86 and models 660.
