  • The General Electric model 260 is a 6-band AC/Battery Operated Portable Superheterodyne with Pushbutton Tuning, Self Contained Loop Antenna and RF stage. Also has a removable loop antenna for convenience in some locations and a synchronous vibrator circuit used to create B+ voltage. Scratch-resistant metal cabinet available in colors Hammertone Copper, Gray, Brown or Blue-Green. Has built-in battery charger and uses bias cell in output tube grid circuit.
