  2 mal  EPROM's vom Typ 27128

  Meßsignale können durch das Einblenden von X-und Y- Cursoren nach Zeit (delta T) und Spannung  (Delta U) vermessen und im Display digital abgelesen werden.

  Triggerpegeleinblendung im Cursor möglich.

  IC Bestückung überwiegend mit 4000er Serie CMOS, Operationsverstärkern, Dual-MOS FET's und Quad MOS-FET's, insgesamt 85 IC's

  Das Gerät war der Vorläufer der SO (Speicheroszilloskop) Serie von Grundig Electronic.

  Es gab davon die 2 Typen SO-50 und SO-100, die bis in das Jahr 2002 gebaut wurden- 

  2003 wurde Grundig Electronic aufgelöst, und durch Digimess, Grundig Instruments und Plettac (heute: Funkwerk- Plettac- Videotechnik) abgelöst.
