  • Improved version of OP21, car aerial socket fitted, different batteries. Same chassis as PP31/1. Mullard OC81s may be fitted instead of the GET114 transistors.

    Another configuration employs STC transistors in the RF and IF stages marked thus: MIXER / IF / IF,  while GEC transistors are used in the audio stages marked: GET114, GET114, GET114.

    KB Service note;
    The model OP21/1 can be identified by its 5/8th" diameter Ferrite rod. The tuning condenser spindle is hexagonal.
