Der Apparat verfügt über zwei Oszillatorsysteme auf zwei verschiedenen Zwischenfrequenzen (ZF). Dieses Prinzip gibt es bei Rundfunkempfängern aus Preisgründen sehr selten, doch bei kommerziellen und Amateurgeräten besserer Qualität ist das Verfahren öfters anzutreffen. Sinngemäss gilt das auch für Dreifachsuper und Kombinationen davon. Superhet, double/triple conversion; IF-Freq. 1378/78 kHz

Commercial receiver covering 1,5 - 30 MHz in 6 ranges (1,5-3 / 3-6 / 6-12 / 12-18 / 18-24 / 24-30 MHz), AM, CW/SSB (BFO).
Optical projection dial, IF bandwidths 0,4 / 1,3 / 3 / 6,8 / 12 KHz, three AVC time sonstants 0,2/2/10 seconds, three position noise limiter, AF filters 1,5 / 1,5 / 6 kHz. Swtichable Meter control anode voltages and other voltages and currents.
The receiver comes in three cast aluminium frames:
Power Supply ML1000/A, 10 silicium diodes, 3 tubes OD3/VR150 and 2 “current regulators” 8-24V 0,6A.
Frequency synthesizer ML1000/S, 9 tubes E83F, 3 tubes E88CC, one E81H, one EM80 and one ECC82.
