  • Model 15 was offered in two types of console cabinets: model 15X, a floor model with inclined sounding board, and the very similar 15DX, which has tambour doors. Those models have a 4 gang variable condenser (band filter entry), a tuning indicator (shadow meter) and push-pull output. Detector recitfier, triode 37, is used as a diode (anode on ground). The AVC negative voltage is fed over R40 and R28 to bias the grid of 1st IF and via R17 and coil 19 the 1st detector and through R9 the RF stage bias.
