  • An eight transistor car radio covering MW (185-577 metres) and LW (1155-1930 metres). Powered by either a 6 or 12 volt car battery, with either negative or positive polarity. Two switches to adjust voltage and polarity. Two LW and three MW station preset push buttons. On/off/tone and volume controls. Socket for microphone. Transistors 2, 3 and 4 above are in a Mullard LP1166 IF module. Released February 1967.

    Similar to the Ekco CR936 Escort car radio.
