    Only differs from P27UBQ in case material, the P27UBQ is rexine covered wood.

    Probably black painted steel with Plastic (or maybe Bakelite) front and rear panels. On detail photos it appears to be the same cabinet as used on PE55MBQ, but with a smoother finish paint.
