  • The RCA 9-T-1 is an AC operated 8 Tube mono FM-AM Tuner. The AM frequency tuning range is 540-1600kHz.  The FM frequency tuning range is 88-108MHz.

    This tuner was sold as an option that could be installed into the RCA SHF-5 High-Fidelity Record Player.  The RCA SHF-4 was a combination radio-phonograph that was a combination of a SHF-5 with a factory installed 9-T-1 tuner.
