A very nice example of an inexpensive \mantle\ radio of the early 30\s, with \police band\ and tone control.
This radio is basically original, except for filter capacitors and some of the tubes that have been replaced. The line cord contains the resistance to drop the series filament voltage and it becomes warm when the radio is operating.
