  • Notes

  • Replica of "Grand old Parr Scotch whisky bottle" with advertising text "Grand old Parr real antique and rare old de luxe scotch whiskey blended & bottled by the proprietors MacDonald Greenless Ltd. Distillers Leith Scotland aged 152 years" There is doubt if 152 years is correct. And Whiskey may be used for Bourbon or for Irish Whiskey, but Scotch is Whisky. Such gadget radios were also built with tubes before.

There are obviously 2 versions: one is powered by a 9 V block type 2U6, the other (later?) one  by 2x 1.5 V cells type AA.
