Model number 60637A is stamped on the transformer insulation. The model number 60637A contains the first four digits of Wells Gardener model 60 63 in Gernsbach’s Vol 2. It is likely that the last two digits, 7A, of the model number is the specific version of the 60 63.

The chassis layout is uniquely designed to accommodate the drum dial. The Gernsback referenced schematic is for a radio with a flat semicircular dial.  Kimball model 60637 (vs. this 60637A) has the flat dial.
