AF3, CF3, (EF3) Regelpentode Anwendung : Regelbare Hochfrequenz- oder Zwischenfrequenzverstärkung. AF3 für Wechselstromnetzempfänger; CF3 für Allstrom- bzw. Autoempfänger. Eigenschaften : Kleine Abmessungen, geringe Anheizzeit, kleine Heizleistung, gut ausgeglichene Regelkurve. Regelmöglichkeit 1 :1000 (Steilheitsänderung). Hoher Innenwiderstand. Kleinste Gitter-Anoden-Kapazität. Regelspannungsbedarf max. 55 V. Aufbau : Indirekt geheizt. Schnellheizkathode mit bifilar gewickeltem Heizfaden. 3-Gitter-Verstärkersystem; Steuergitter G1 als Regelgitter ausgebildet und an Kolbenkappe geführt. Schirmgitter G2 Bremsgitter G3 und Anode A an Sockelkontakte angeschlossen. Glaskolben außen metallisiert. Metallisierung an besonderem Sockelkontakt M geführt.
