Diese beiden Schreibweisen sind auf der selben Röhre zu lesen.
Oben auf den Stempel steht "spez", auf dem Papierstreifen am Sockel wird "spz" verwendet. Es sollte sich demnach bei "C3e spez" und "C3e spz" um die gleiche Röhre handeln.
