Uf=3,5VDC, If=0,5A, Ua=30-75V. In 1925 und 1926 Ua = 40-100V. Röhren mit dem Aufdruck "Serie" sind zur Heizung mit einem Eisen-Serienwiderstand für 6V-Batterie vorgesehen. Die gleiche Röhre heisst in 1921 biss 1925 D II bzw., zeigt also eine römische Nummer (ohne Bindestrich).
