Der Unterschied zwischen P423 und P423A besteht im garantierten Stromverstärkungsfaktor h21e.

P423A  > 15

gemessen bei T = 20°C, Ie = 1mA

Weiterhin ist zu beachten, daß es vom P423 zwei Versionen gibt, eine "alte" und eine "neue". Während die "neue" Variante in einem Gehäuse geliefert wird, das einen umlaufenden Kranz hat, besitzt die "alte" Variante einen flachen Gehäuseboden.

Wichtig daran ist, dass sich die Grenzwerte für beide Gehäuse-Ausführungen unterscheiden, was ggf. beim Ersatz zu beachten ist!
