HF-Tetrode S4150: Siehe auch "Radios von gestern" Seite 224. Ab 1929 baut man in Frankreich indirekt geheizte Röhren, auch zuerst mit Oxyd-beschichtetem Nickelröhrchen umgebenem Woframdraht (gestreckt) mit langer Aufheizzeit, dann kommt das schlecht bewährte Kieselerde-Röhrchen (greift Wolfram an), dann Tonerde-Isolatoren und mit dieser Röhrenfamilie T425, S415N, T425, TM4, S4150 und T410 ein spezielles Beschichtungsverfahren. Die dazugehörige Endpentode F100 und die Gleichrichterröhre sind direkt geheizt.
