The Sunlight Lamp Company, which has been operating in Warren, Ohio, under the name of the Sunlight Electric Company, has moved to Newton Falls, Ohio, having acquired the building formerly occupied by the Newton Manufacturing Company. [Electrical World, 1923]

In 1929, H. T. Wakefield is reported to be the owner of the Wakefield Mfg. Co and the Sunlight Lamp Company.
