This was a short lived company which did make a few tubes before being sued by the Rolls Royce Motor Car Company (British) for copyright breach in regard to the company name. It re-emerged in 1925 as the Roice Tube Co. The first Rolls Royce tubes made were the model A (UV201A) and a box is on page 78 of the book "Radio Tubes and Boxes of the1920's" by George Fathauer. This box has the name Rolls Royce covered and Roice stamped onto it. The compny is listed in Tyne's "saga of the Vacuum Tube", page 361. He does not mention the connection between the two companies.
