Founded in 1895 and registered as a private company in 1898. The company was a major British light bulb manufacturer and member of the British Carbon Lamp Association from 1905. Also a member of the Electric Lamp Manufacturers Association which began in 1919. Made many styles of light bulbs at least until 2006.
