History:

Elliott-Litton Ltd. was founded in 1961 as joint-venture between Elliott Automation and Litton Industries. Around the mid sixties, Elliott itself also produced computers under some agreement with Litton Monroe. The Elliott-Litton plant was probably converted to the diffusion of RTL and DTL semiconductors for the computer line.
