Radio Lamp Corporation; New York (Myers1) was actually the first manufacturer of the Myers tube RAC3, but got sued in New York and moved therefore to Delaware to escape New York jurisdiction and reincorporated as the Radio Audion Company, Inc. on September 4, 1920. We name the latter as manufacturer and the first as designer. |
