Italradio - Laboratorio Scientifico di Radiotecnica Fondata dal Cav. F. Almerighi. La ItalRadio di Torino, costituita nel 1932, si fuse, in seguito con la concittadina Eterphon chiudendola ed usandone il solo logo, oltre ad iniziare una produzione sotto il nome Kosmophon.
