Appeal from a Justice of the Peace, No. 295, September Term, 1931: "Jacob Bros. Co., the plaintiff, claims that it sold and delivered a radio to the defendant on December 24, 1930, for the agreed price of $175.00 and that a balance of $100.00 is still due on that transaction." But the defendant claims that offered was a General Motors radio in a Jacobs Bros. Co. cabinet, but received was a model "Dafan" from GE.

In "WIBA Tonight" from Wednesday, January 31, 1945, "Wisconsin State Journal page 9 there is an ad with address "Jacobs Bros. 753 University Ave." for wiring and repairing of lighting fixtures.
