LABEN merged in 1995 with PROEL Tecnologie, based in Florence, which is now operating in the field of Ion Propulsion and Charged Particles Experiments as PROEL Tecnologie Division in the frame of LABEN Space activities. In 1997, LABEN S.p.A. was a subsidiary of Finmeccania. In around 2005, they merged with Alenia Spazio to form Alenia-Spazio - LABEN. |
