Founded in 1972 by the family Azoulay, Lansay was a family-owned business until 2006 when the Groupe Arnault took over 45% of the capital. In December 2012, the company was bought by the French investment fonds Alandia, with Serge and Stephane Azoulay remaining CEOs. |
