History:

In 1962, Mr. A. J. Neuwenhuis was managing director. The company was legally (partly?) held by CHF Müller in Hamburg (a Philips company itself). [1]

From ca. 1969 onwards, but perhaps earlier, Philips Iran appears as "Philips General Agent". [2]

Around 1978/1979, the form of the company seems to have changed to a Private Joint Stock Co. [3]

Shahab Co. Ltd. is (per current knowledge) the successor company of Philips Tehran in the post-revolution era. They still market Philips models in Iran and manufacture color televisions and monitors.
