History:

Stoelting has been manufacturing scientific equipment since 1886 and is still in business today (2016). Stoelting was originally named Chicago Laboratory Supply and Scale Company when it was founded in 1886. In 1903, the name was changed to C.H. Stoelting Co., and today it is named simply the Stoelting Co.
