Name: Everedy (tubes), Nussbaum & Silver; New York, NY    (USA)
Abbreviation: everedy
Products: Brand
Summary:

Nussbaum & Silver
175 Fifth Ave, New York (1925)

Tube brand: Everedy

Listed on page 170 of the Radio Trade Directory, August 1925, and mentioned in Tyne's "Saga of the vacuum Tube", page 355, as "Advertised by Nussbaum and Silver" (1925).

We believe that the Tyne reference originates from the Radio Trade Directory, and that the directory perhaps is in error with the name "Everedy".

In Popular Radio, August 1925, p.194, an "Eveready vaccum tube, type 210-a" is mentioned, and in the July 1926 issue, p.291, the "'Eveready vaccum tube" is listed, both sold by the Herman A. Nussbaum Sales Co. Those entries would refer to tubes branded Eveready, made/sold by the National Carbon Co.

An address for the Nussbaum Sales Co. could however not be found - nor do we currently have any other reference for Nussbaum & Silver in New York than that given by the Radio Trade Directory.
