From the London Gazette, 1 March 1932:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between us, the undersigned,
carrying on business as Radio Manufacturers, at 70 and 71, Farringdon Street, London, E.G., under the style or firm of The MILSON HOPLER RADIO MANUFACTURING COMPANY, has been dissolved as from the date hereof.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by John William Miller and Ralph Eric Fraser, who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm of The Milson-Hopler Radio Manufacturing Company, at 70 and 71 Farringdon Street, London aforesaid.
