Allied Stores was a department store chain that was a successor to Hahn's Department stores.  In 1988 they merged with Federated Department Stores (now known as Macy's, Inc.) after having been aquired by Campeau Corporation.  The chains were consolidated in 1990 under the Federated name after Chapter 11 bankruptcy. 

Allied Stores branded TV's and radios that were sourced from the USA (Jewel Radio Corp.) and other Far East manufacturers.
