History:

Gem shared manufacturing facilities with Fidelity Tube Corp. in 1952. In 1953, Jewel Radio Corp. moved into the facility.  

All three companies filed under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act (published in "Radio Electronics" Feb 1954).
