Pacific Mercury Television Mfg. Corp. was incorporated in California on 22 April, 1946. [1]

On August 12, 1958 the name was changed to Pacific Mercury Electronics. [1]

In 1959, they acquired controlling interest in National Automation Corp. [2]

In 1963, the company was merged into Warwick Electronics, functioning as a wholly-owned subsidiary subsequently. [3]
