Founded by Robert "Bob" Drake, W8CYE, in 1943 in Miamisburg, OH, moving to Franklin OH in November 1996. Drake had a very good name for amateur equipment. The Drake Radio Mfg. Co. from before WW2 had nothing to do with this company. In 2004 R.L. Drake is still active in the Sat-TV-market. |
