ASIA a été fondé à Pepinster, rue Nidaguesse 4, par Georges Dessoucy. Une coopération ultérieure des Jean Dessoucy (1905-1990).
En 1933, l'entreprise déménage à Verviers , rue Crapaurue 131. Déjà bien des modèles de récepteurs sont crées. En 1941, nouveau déménagement vers le grand atelier de la rue Cuper, 4. Les points dans le nom apparaissent seulement après la deuxième guerre mondiale.
