History:

The company moved its main office and plant from a previous location to 10-40 45th Ave., Long Island City, NY (reported in June 4, 1949 "The Billboard"). This new plant covered more than 20,000 square feet.

Jewel Radio Corp., alongside with Gem Radio & Television and Fidelity Tube Corp., all of the same address in East Newark, filed under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act (published in "Radio Electronics" Feb 1954).
