1967 - beginning of monolithic IC production for radio transceivers (R-855-UM).
1984 - many transceivers models for Navy, Air forces starting.
1984 - start producibled radio transceivers with remote control "Viola - AD".
1991 - manufakturer rename in "Lyos". Now it is Unitary Works "Lyon", Belarus.
1996 - radio comunication system Rosa-T.
2000 - digital radio station "Tsyphra" atc.
