1947 McIntosh Scientific Laboratory - as a change from the consulting service of McIntosh and Ingles (Engles)
1949 McIntosh Engineering Laboratory. It moved from 1213 Wyatt Building, Washington 5, D. C. to 910 King Street in Silver Spring, Maryland.
1951 Moved to 320 Water Street in downtown Binghamton, New York and became "McIntosh Laboratory, Inc."
1990 sold to Clarion, Japan
