Indústria e Comércio de Rádios INVICTUS Ltda, São Paulo is the first manufacturer of radios and televisions in Brazil.

Invictus LTDA was a brazilian company that, in the 40s developed, produced and marketed radios (table top and consoles models), amplifiers, hi fi systems, hearing aids and later on, entered in the TV segment. By 1955 the company already produced their own components like flybacks, deflection coils, if coils, tuners, resistors, ceramic capacitors and, in a breakthrough for the local industry, Invictus inaugurated the production of black and white cinescopes. The initial production capacity was 100 pieces per day.

When the company stopped activities, the cinescope production facilities were transferred to SEMP (Sociedade Eletro Mercantil Paulista).

For this boldness, Invictus was a fairly representative brazilain company in the scenario of the electronics industry in the 50s
