'Scientific Audio Electronics' was was officially commenced in 1968 as a Partnership Agreement between Ted Winchester, Morris Kessler and Beth Winchester. Morris Kessler sold 'SAE' in 1985 to a company that in turn sold it in 1988 to DAK Inc., who kept the name 'SAE' alive until their bancrupty in 1992.
